Trust the Process.
It’s non-stop. Pick yourself up. Keep moving. Push through.
Doesn’t matter that you're exhausted—you’ve got work to do.
You slap on the facade. Smile. Nod. Grind.
People say, “Slow down. Do some self-care.”
But chaos? Chaos is comforting.
It keeps you busy enough to drown out the noise—regrets, fears, responsibility, the creeping weight of what ifs.
Overtime. Sunlight. Purpose. Distraction.
So why the hell would you do therapy?
Why sit still? Why make space for the fear, the grief, the anxiety?
Why peel back the armor in some sterile office, talking about feelings?
Because maybe—just maybe—this is where you’re finally seen.
Yes, silence is brutal. But it's honest.
Yes, the grind is safe… until it isn’t.
Let’s be real.
The systems we live and work in thrive on chaos.
Because if you stay in survival mode, you keep producing, keep grinding, keep forgetting yourself.
Therapy?
It’s rebellion.
It’s taking back what the system can’t touch—you.
Your peace. Your clarity. Your mind.
It’s not fluffy. It’s not soft.
It’s as gritty and real as the work you’ve shown up for day after day.
It’s where you stop performing.
It’s where you start remembering who the hell you are.
I get it. I’ve lived it.
And I’m here when you’re ready to dig in.
Hello, I’m Sarrah
I spent nearly a decade as a wildland firefighter. I know what it means to carry weight in silence, to come back home and feel like a stranger in your own life. My aim is to provide support to those of us that tend to avoid therapy with a 10 foot pole because it’s never felt either aligned, allowed, or made to fit us.
Therapy should bend to fit you, not the other way around. We all navigate enough expectations of others, therapy should be the place where it feels real. Whether you're a burned-out single parent, a mother wrestling with postpartum and perfection, or a teenager drowning in pressure and noise—this is for you. For all of us.
I offer therapy and coaching rooted in real experience. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, EMDR, and a deep respect for the systems that shape us. I also believe in the healing power of nature—when it makes sense, we take the work outside.
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, rebuild your mental fireline, and move forward with purpose—reach out.
Let’s get to work. You don’t have to do this alone.
