Trust the Process.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to assist individuals and communities in restoring well-being by providing space for honoring life experiences and gaining a common sense of meaning. We aim to support systems by improving social conditions to create an environment where children and adults feel safe to thrive.

Our Approach to Transforming Therapy

Releasing the façade, stepping out of perfectionism, and loosening the pressure to keep the peace is real work. It doesn’t need to be polished to matter, and it’s not meant to be done alone.

Our approach is grounded in the understanding that nothing about you needs fixing. We see responses that have developed for a reason, shaped by what you’ve lived through, what your body has carried, and the environments you’ve had to navigate.

Over time, these patterns begin to tell a story. They often make sense in context, even when they start to feel limiting, exhausting, or no longer aligned with who you are.

Together, we work with what is already present. Drawing from evidence-based practices, we take a flexible and experiential approach, one that responds to you as a whole person rather than reducing your experience to a diagnosis.

Embedded in this work is an awareness of both your internal landscape and the world around you. We take cues from shifting seasons, changing energy, and the natural need for both intensity and rest, recognizing that the growth journey is not linear.

Developing a different relationship with yourself is at the center of this process. Our role is to walk alongside you as you get honest about what’s true, loosen what no longer fits, and move toward what actually matters.

  • We do not view people as broken.
We see responses that make sense, even when they are painful or no longer helpful. Our work begins with understanding, not correcting.

  • Therapy here is honest and grounded in reality.
We make space for what is real, not what is expected. This includes the impact of stress, trauma, relationships, work, and the systems people are living within.

  • We believe change happens in connection.

Our role is not to direct or fix, but to walk alongside you, building a relationship that supports honesty, safety, and growth.

  • We are grounded in evidence-based practices while remaining flexible and culturally responsive.
Approaches like CBT, ACT, and EMDR inform our work, but they never replace the human sitting in the room.

  • We understand people within the context of their environments.
Your experiences are shaped by relationships, community, culture, and systems. Therapy needs to reflect that, not just what happens internally.

  • We pay attention to patterns, rhythms, and cycles; By integrating nature both literally and metaphorically, we support change that is sustainable, not forced.

  • We are committed to serving rural communities with care that is relevant and accessible.
We recognize systemic barriers and actively work to reduce their impact on care through local advocacy and calling-in community partners.

Our Values

“We dig with our whole body. That’s the work. Immersed, messy, dirty - all to uncover what’s long been buried. When we surface…it’s us. ”
