Mindfulness Workshop
In our mindfulness workshop, we aim to unite folks with themselves through the facilitation of mindfulness exercises and creating space to reconnect. We think back to our values and “whys,” exploring everything from renewing intentions in our daily lives to accessing beauty in mundane experiences.
Are you struggling to remain present or feeling disconnected? This group is for you.

Grief Workshop
Grief and loss are just part of our journey. There is no right way to grieve or experience a loss; Sometimes we are not prepared for the twists and turns in our journey, which is where our supportive group comes in.
Our group is organic and takes its lead from participant requests for knowledge, resources, and support. We collectively agree upon group guidelines to best serve all participants. We continually address self-care, grounding, and guilt vs. regret, while expanding into other topics surrounding the human experiences of loss. If you’re ready to begin healing in a supportive and empathetic space, this group is for you.
