Her integrative work draws from modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches. As a strong advocate for her clients, she is committed to creating spaces where people feel supported, empowered, and respected as they move through change and toward growth. While the work can be serious, she believes moments of humor and lightness can be an important part of the healing process.
