Living with ongoing stress, trauma, or major life pressures can be exhausting, especially when there is little space to talk openly about what you are carrying. This weekly, in-person adult support group offers a supportive environment for individuals navigating traumatic, chronic, and acute stress, including stress-related physical and emotional symptoms. The group is free of charge and focuses on connection, reflection, and practical tools in a respectful, nonjudgmental setting.
This is a peer-based support group and is not intended to replace individual mental health therapy or clinical treatment, though it may complement ongoing care.
