Grief Support Group

  • Rooted Transformations, PLLC. 809 Main Street Pomeroy, WA, 99347 United States (map)

Grief doesn’t follow a clean timeline, and it rarely looks the way we expect it to. Sometimes it’s loud and consuming; other times it’s quiet, lingering just beneath the surface. However it shows up, you don’t have to hold it all on your own.

This free, peer support–based grief group offers a space to arrive exactly as you are, without needing to perform or be “fine.” As a peer space, it centers you as the expert of your own lived experience. There’s room here to share what’s helped you get through the day, to speak to what still feels heavy, or simply to sit and listen.

Finding community in grief can mean sharing heartache and, at times, shedding a little light on the pit in your stomach. It’s not about “fixing” or rushing the process; it’s about being alongside others who, in their own way, understand what it means to carry loss.
