Join us at Rooted Transformations, PLLC. for a workshop exploring the connection between nutrition and mental wellness with guest presenter Drew Dobney of Boise, Idaho.
What we eat directly impacts brain chemistry, nervous system regulation, energy, mood, recovery, and overall mental health. In this workshop, Drew will walk participants through approachable, realistic ways nutrition can support emotional wellness and daily functioning without rigid rules or perfectionism. Whether you are struggling to build routines, finding it difficult to stick with healthy habits, or simply curious about the relationship between mental health and wellness, this space is designed for you. There will also be time for troubleshooting, questions, and open discussion.
The cost to attend is $10, which helps cover the cost of bringing in community partners and presenters. If cost is a barrier, please reach out. We want this workshop to remain accessible to everyone who could benefit from it.
Please RSVP by phone, text, or Facebook if you plan to attend.
