Being a teenager today can feel overwhelming, especially when stress, pressure, and big emotions start to pile up. This group offers a supportive space for teens to slow down, make sense of what they are feeling, and learn practical ways to cope with everyday challenges and ongoing stress.
Using the S.E.L.F. model (Safety, Emotions, Loss, and Future), participants will build skills for managing emotions, navigating change, strengthening relationships, and feeling more confident in themselves. Sessions are structured, yet flexible, and designed to be relatable, respectful, and judgment-free.
This in-person group is open to adolescents ages 13–17.
A brief consult is required prior to participation.
